To reach the workshop venue:
The IAS (Institut Aéronautique et Spatial) campus, located at 23 avenue Edouard Belin in Toulouse, and which hosts the most of the workshop is accessible:
>> by bus: stop "CNES-IAS"with several lines
- line 37, connected to the subway:
- line A, "Jolimont" station;
- line B, "Ramonville" station;
- line 78, connected to the subway line B, "Faculté de pharmacie" or "Université Paul Sabatier" stations;
- line 80, connected to the subway line B, "Rangueil" station.

>> by bike: the closest station of VélÔToulouse (self-service bike rent) is 237, located Edouard Belin avenue, in front of CNRS building.

To reach Toulouse:
>> by air:
Toulouse-Blagnac international airport is at about 8 km west of Toulouse.
Then the city centre is easily reached with:
- airport shuttle: every 20 min, well connected to the subway and bus lines or to Toulouse-Matabiau railway station;
- tramway line T2, every 15 min, connected to the subway:
- line A, "Arènes" station on the way,
- line B, "Palais de justice" station (terminus);
- taxi: the taxi rank is located on the ground level, outside the arrivals C hall;
- If needed, you can also rent a car from one of the many companies represented at the airport.
